He has received awards for his outstanding accomplishments. These include Primetime Global Excellence Healthcare Award, 2017; AIOF mgen Health Professionals Award, ISBMR, 2005; Boy Frame Award of the American Society for Bone and Mineral Research; Doctor of the Year award from Delhi Medical Association, 2005; Springer Citation Prize for his paper on “Global Vitamin D.” His name is also listed in the Limca Book of Records for his distinguished contribution in the field of medicine in 2005.
