Dr. Siddiqui has been associated with the Apollo Centre for Obesity, Diabetes and Endocrinology (ACODE), Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi, as one of the Senior Consultants in the department. The department specializes in diagnosis and management of endocrine, diabetes and metabolic disorders.
Main areas of interest are in the field of Diabetes, especially in the young and gestational diabetes & Post transplant & post-metabolic surgery diabetes. In addition, the department also has a good endocrine patient foot-fall comprising all the endocrine systems (pituitary, thyroid, adrenal, pancreas, bone and metabolic disorders, lipids and reproductive systems). The department is also involved in teaching and training of students for DNB Endocrinology being run in the department
