- Dr. Arif Wahab is an experienced Interventional Cardiologist based in New Delhi. Arif Wahab graduated from A.M.U, Aligarh and completed his post-doctoral qualification (DM) in Cardiology from the prestigious and high volume HRMC Centre of Cardiology at Sardar Patel Medical College, Bikaner. Dr. Arif worked at HRMC for sometime before joining Indraprastha Apollo Hospital New Delhi, He has performed more than 8000 coronary artery procedures ( coronary angiography and angioplasty) with more than 95% of the procedures being done through the trans-radial route. Dr. Arif has considerable experience in academics and Clinical Research. He was part of the landmark MiD trial and has contributed extensively in peer-reviewed journals. He has more than 20 national and international publications in various journals to his credit and has also contributed many chapters in various cardiology textbooks.
