Kotwal has worked at prestigious the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, for over 39 years, holding various positions and he rose to the position of Senior Professor and Head of the Department of Orthopaedics. He has a keen interest in Hand and Upper Extremity, Orthopaedics & Joint replacement, Traumatology, Paediatric Orthopaedics. He has gained advanced training in hand surgery & traumatology from USA and Germany. He recently working at <span style="text-align: center;">Pushpawati Singhania Hospital & Research Institute, New Delhi.</span> He also has expertise in managing complex fractures and dislocations of the upper extremity (from shoulder to fingertips of the hand), including neglected injuries. He has routinely performed total joint replacements of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and small joints of the hand. </p><p><br></p>
