Dr. Yasir S. Rizvi is an alumnus of the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, where he pursued his training in Nephrology in 2012. He has done his MBBS and MD in General Medicine from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi and was awarded Sudhir Rehan Gold Medal in MD Medicine. Following his DM training in Nephrology, he joined Vardhaman Mahavir Medical College & associated Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, in 2013 as faculty in Nephrology. He has vast experience in managing patients with glomerular diseases including lupus nephritis, chronic kidney diseases, hypertension, diabetic nephropathy, kidney stones, hemodialysis and kidney transplants.He has been actively involved in research and training and has several publications in national and international journals to his credit. Having a special interest in the prevention of kidney diseases.
