She is a vastly trained and experienced pediatric cardiologist.
She worked as consultant in Escorts heart Institute, Medanta project and then associated with Max healthcare as senior consultant in Pediatric Cardiology from 2009-2014 before she joined Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, Newd Delhi .She is well experienced in diagnosing problems of heart through pediatric and neonatal 2D/colour and 3D echocardiography to detect simple and complex heart problems, She takes special interest in fetal echocardiography to detect heart problem even during pregnancy and does parental counseling for the same and also includes device closures of holes and tracts in heart, balloon dilatation of narrowed heart valves/ coarctation and also stent deployments in critically ill patients from very low birth weight newborns to adults.
For this she took advanced training in hospital in Toronto and Canada.
She is involved actively in teaching programme of DNB post graduate students and PGDCC students and other webcast educational programmes.
She also has national and international publications.
